What we’re about
Revised 6/5/2021: This Meetup group is operated by the Mountain Club of Maryland (MCM), a nonprofit outdoors club that engages in hiking, backpacking, canoeing/kayaking, and similar outdoor activities. We are centered in the Baltimore metropolitan area, but we hike throughout Maryland and in nearby states. Membership in MCM is open to all who enjoy being outdoors with a group. For a small annual membership fee, our members have access to more than 300 hikes a year offered by our volunteer hike leaders.
