Monday evening Bay Trail Run (previously Rancho)

Monday evening run at the Bay Trail in Sunnyvale (previously the group ran at Rancho San Antonio). We run every Monday at 5:30 pm.

We meet at the Bay Trail trailhead just off of Caribbean Dr: https://maps.app.goo.gl/eFERPqvvTrWxpBng6

Remember to bring a head lamp for this night run.

We adjust the pace and routes based on the experience of the group. Usually, we aim to run 45-60 minutes, regrouping along the way.

After the run, we usually go to dinner somewhere nearby, for anyone interested.
