SHORT NOTICE- NRG Ballroom - Waltz group class

I'm planning to go to NRG ballroom tonight/Fri for their beginner and intermediate, Waltz ballroom social dance group classes.

$15 a person, no partner necessary, you just come by, instructors show a move, and you try to copy them a couple times, then switch partners. It's a good way to learn, and also practice dancing with multiple ppl, as everyone moves a bit differently 7:00-8:30pm, then they have open social dance afterward.

waltz isn't as common as say Salsa for social dancing, so you won't necessarily be able to use it out in the wild as much. But, it's a great place to start learning how to social/partner dance, as it's a slower dance and style of music. If anyone just so happens to be free and interested, join on in! It takes some time, but it's a lot of fun once you get it
