What we’re about
Mt Evelyn Walking & Adventure Group (MWAG) was founded in January 2012 by a committed community member and since then has gone from strength to strength under the guidance and commitment of the MWAG leaders and Event Host team.
We have around 70 walkers and adventure seekers!
MWAG has enjoyed over 3372 events to date!
Membership:
To retain a sense of community within our group, and a familiar feel at our events, we are currently accepting membership from those people who fit the following criteria:
1. Live within a 15km radius of Mt Evelyn with the exception of people living in the Yarra Valley; or
2. You are nominated by a member;
MWAG has an annual administration fee of $15.00 always due on July 1st.

Members who do not pay the administration fee will have their membership withdrawn after four weeks.
A MWAG requirement is that to remain an active member you must attend at least Three events per year.
Three 'no shows' will result in immediate membership withdrawal.

The Mt Evelyn Walking & Adventure Group (MWAG) is an inclusive community group open to people of all cultures, gender, ages and fitness levels and those who are passionate about their health, nature and meeting other people in the area.
