New and experienced meditators are welcome to join these non-denominational, bi-weekly, mindfulness meditation sessions. Practicing meditation can help us manage our fears and feelings, and help us engage more effectively with the world we live in--including politics.

We will meet in a lovely, private, space at the Church of St. Martin-in-the-Fields in Chestnut Hill. Joanne will lead us in 30 minutes of partially guided meditation followed by a discussion related to our meditation practice and time to socialize.

The entrance to our space is on St. Martin's Lane , near the corner of Willow Grove Ave. There is plenty of street parking by the entrance. Look for the sign on St. Martin's Lane that says "church parking." We will have the entrance flagged with balloons. If you can't find it, you can message Teresa or Joanne through Meetup.

Please plan to arrive 5 or 10 minutes early so we can begin the meditation at 6:30. We will not have access to a bathroom.
