Travel suggestions:

• Guwahati Arrival: Please arrive by 11 AM on Day 1; we will depart from the airport by 12 PM.
• Train Arrival: If arriving by train, meet us at Khanapara (10 km from the railway station). It takes about 45 minutes to reach the pickup point.
• Return Flight: Book your departure from Guwahati on or after 10 AM on December 8th.

Brief Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival in Guwahati & Kaziranga

• Arrive at Guwahati airport; transfer to Kaziranga (4-5 hours).
• Enjoy rural landscapes and lunch en route.
• Relax at homestay.

Day 2: Kaziranga Safari & Drive to Kohima

• Early morning jeep safari in Kaziranga.
• Breakfast, then drive to Kohima (8 hours).
• Check in at Kigwema homestay.

Day 3: Hornbill Festival

• Full day at the Hornbill Festival (performances, tribal customs, food).
• Visit WWII Museum in the afternoon.
• Return to homestay for a cozy night.

Day 4: Cultural Exploration & Camping

• Explore more festival activities and market.
• Evening camping under the stars; campfire stories.

Day 5: Dzukou Valley Trek

• Early trek to Dzukou Valley (5-6 hours).
• Enjoy the scenery and sunset; overnight at Dzukou Dormitory.

Day 6: Explore Dzukou & Return to Kohima

• Morning exploration of Dzukou; descent back to base.
• Drive to Kohima; relax and enjoy night carnival.

Day 7: Kohima Sightseeing & Return to Guwahati

• Visit WWII Cemetery; leisurely breakfast.
• Drive back to Guwahati (9 hours); check into hotel.

Day 8: Departure

• Leisure time in Guwahati; shop for souvenirs.
• Transfer to airport for departure.
