My name is Sandra, I am organizer of this group and a mum of two kids!

This group is for mothers who want online to discuss and explore their emotions and feelings in a supportive and understanding environment. Whether you're struggling with the everyday challenges of motherhood, looking for ways to practice self-care, or curious about how to navigate your own emotional well-being, this is the place for you. Join us for open, honest conversations, sharing experiences, and finding solidarity among a community of like-minded mums.

We will use Emotions’ Releasing method to work with our emotional blocks.

I have gained a certificate as Emotions’ Releasing instructor. This method made easier my motherdooh in a very difficult moment of my life and I keep practising it as well as helping for other women. As it is easy way to work daily with your emotions.

The group is online this you dont need to stop your life to participate. Just join while you are house keeping and doing other responsibilities, if you dont have your free time at the moment.
