The classes will take place outdoors in front of the Creche. Classes will take place even if it's forecast to rain as we can stay under the roofed area.
Please bring your own mat, if you own one and water.

• What we'll do
In this small group workout, you will learn to safely work your core and start to rebuild your strength, as well as cardio fitness.
Your body is an amazing thing and goes through a huge transformation in order to give birth to your little one. These classes are designed to help your body to get back into shape again safely, and you can bring your baby too!
Whether you are already active and want to improve your core and strength, or are thinking about getting back into exercise and not sure where to begin, the class will be tailored to your level.
Workouts are progressive and appropriate for mums who have had the all clear from their 6 week check-up (or 12 weeks for C-section) after giving birth.
Sessions are for one hour, CHF25 per single session or CHF125 for 5, CHF250 for 10.

Water, appropriate workout clothes and shoes.
