The Screwtape Letters (Letters 12-15: Sloth; Pain and Pleasure; Humility; Time)

Hey there!

We are a bunch of Zoomers that started a Christian book club where we can make friends and also talk and learn about things outside of work and relationships--spiritual matters like what happens after we die, what's the purpose of life, etc.

We are meeting on Friday nights to discuss a couple of chapters of our new book, The Screwtape Letters by CS Lewis (a free pdf can be found here: https://archive.org/details/in.ernet.dli.2015.86985)

This Friday, we will discuss Letters 12-15 (Topics: Sloth; Pain and Pleasure; Humility; Time and Eternity) of our book!

We are all new and so if you have not had a chance to read these two chapters yet, don't worry--just come anyway. At every book club meeting we expect visitors and newcomers and so we'll always provide a one-page summary of the reading so that anyone can join in the discussion. And of course, feel free to invite friends.
