We need to collect a contribution from every guest as we have to rent room(s) from einewelthaus for the event.

They have rooms for rent from 15.00 or 18.30 (depending on availability). Which timeslot we got is visible in meetup. Text of the meetup is the same in both cases.

Every guest is asked to contribute based on the room(s) we rented not the individual participation time. You can join late and/or leave early as you wish.

Here is what we collect for the timeslot(s) we booked the room(s) for:

• 2 euro if we booked room(s) from 18.30 until 23.00
• 4 euro if we booked room(s) from 15.00 until 23.00.

A small donation box and PayPal QR code will be provided onsite.

Hi all,

welcome to our board game meetup. No matter whether you like easier/shorter games (e.g. Uno, Coup, Saboteur, One Night Werewolf, many more) or long games (e.g. ticket to ride, white castle, and many more), you can join us and have fun.

We also have an active WhatsApp group. It's not a must to join. Just join the event and if you like it, you may join the WhatsApp group. You may ask other participants for the link/QR code during the event.

We're looking forward to see you all on Sunday.

FAQs:

1. You always can join late and/or leave early. The mentioned time is the start and end of the overall event time slot when we're there. The general language is English.
2. The event has no fee.
3. Some event takes place each Sunday. We will announce when and where via meetup.
4. Please register and only join when you're signed up (not on the waiting list).
5. Please update your RSVP (by clicking on it bottom left) when you're not coming as early as possible to allow others to join on your behalf.
6. We play the games that all participants bring to the event. Some bring easier games, some longer. It's normal to explain games before starting. You can probably find a game that suits you.
7. If you own games, please bring them.
8. You can join as a newbie or when you don't have much experience. Game owners usually explain the rules before the start. However, you may join the WhatsApp group to learn which long games are being offered and can learn the rules beforehand.
