Upon reaching the peak, we’ll flow through a gentle yoga sequence, designed to stretch and invigorate your body. Afterward, sink into a guided hypnotic meditation, embracing the stillness of the mountaintop and the power of the elements. Finally, we’ll hike back down together, sharing reflections and connection as we return to the world below.
