Join us as we study evidence-based approaches to healthy living. We'll learn together and support each other toward a greater experience of health and wellness! Our discussions serve two functions: we find support as we check in with others, and we gain knowledge as together we listen to audio and video presentations by an array of health experts. If you’d like to have the regular support of a group and are seeking a healthier and happier experience in this Spiritual Journey we call Life, we welcome you!

Donations are gratefully accepted, but no one will be turned away. Drop-ins are always welcome!
