Rooted: A Cacao Integration Ceremony

🍁 Rooted is here to nourish the shadow energies of letting go and processing grief, loss, transformation, and change.

Inside this ceremony, I will guide you on a sweet journey within, inviting you to connect to your unconscious mind, and embody the releasing energy of the Earth transition that comes with the Fall season.

Together we will witness each other and welcome whatever needs attention by being present and connected. Learn to build your capacity by rooting into your own fertile soil. Let go of what isn't supporting your growth and expansion. Prepare for the season of dreaming and rest that is to follow.

While this is a perfect place to integrate psychedelic or plant medicine experience, it is not a requirement to join us. Integration is about becoming whole, and your process is welcome. We do this work as a family, in community.

What to expect:

• Sustainably sourced Ecuadorian cacao from Esmeraldas
• Body love
• Gentle movement
• Heart wisdom
• Sacred ritual

• Flowers, chocolate, and magic

What to bring:

• Yoga mat, pillows/cushion, and blankets to make a cozy nest for yourself
• Journal and pen
• Any crystals, jewelry, or sacred items you like to have with you
• Flowers or incense for the altar (optional)
• Willingness to open and release
• Water bottle

What to wear:

• Comfortable clothing you can bend and move in, layers in case you get cold or too warm

Parking:
There is limited parking behind the building off Haywood. This is also where the entrance to The Well is. Additional parking is available on the street or nearby.

I'm Sinclair Fleetwood, and I'm a spiritual psychedelic integration coach, plant medicine guide, ceremonialist, and host of The Psychedelic Integration Podcast.
