Welcome to a sacred space for Sikhs on a spiritual path seeking inner growth through Naam Simran (meditative chanting of the Gurmantra 'Vaheguru'). We are opening the doors of our home to connect with like minded Singhs and Kaurs who are interested in Naam Simran in a disciplined environment, free from worldly discussions and distractions.
Our Meetup Focus: We emphasize Simran in line with Gurmat principles. This is a gathering for those who are serious about their spiritual journey, respecting the guidelines set to maintain a conducive atmosphere.
Guidelines for Participation:
- Phone-Free Zone – Please put cellphones in airplane mode to avoid distractions.
- Structured Time – Our session includes a 5-minute welcome and settling-in period, 45 minutes of uninterrupted Simran focused on ‘Vaheguru,’ and a 10-minute closing.
- Head Covering – Participants are requested to keep their heads covered as a mark of respect during Simran.
- Sitting Comfortably on the Floor – Be prepared to sit on the floor for the duration of the Simran (45 minutes).
- Age: 28 - 40 years
This is a safe, peaceful space for those genuinely interested in spiritual upliftment through Naam Simran. Join us in chanting and connecting with the divine essence of the Guru’s word.
