We have regular weekly community group walks where members come together to walk designate routes. The walks are a great way to encourage physical activity, foster social connections, and enjoy the local environment giving you an opportunity to explore different areas, meet new people, and enjoy the health benefits of walking in a friendly, supportive group setting.
