Wine & Books: Reading Picnic in the park!

Yay! The Reading Party is back! Let's enjoy the blissful autumn days reading together and connecting cutting through the meaningless small talk :)

Come enjoy some quality al fresco time with a book of your choice in the company of complete strangers! Read your book then chat about it with fellow bookworms – and see where it takes you :) BYO wine, beers or whatever you fancy – let’s stay longer and have some really good times.

This concept is called a Reading Party (featured in NY Times, have a look).
The idea is brilliant in its simplicity: guests read silently for an hour and chat with strangers about the books they brought afterward. It's NOT a book club where people read the same book and then discuss it. Everyone brings their own books, those that have been collecting dust on the shelf. Now it's their time to party!

Normally we gather at the lovely English bookstore but this time around it's gonna be a picnic! Grab a friend (or two), a blanket, some snacks and maybe a bottle of wine. Don't forget your book! :)

👓 Until 16-30 – Reading time!

We will be reading in quiet for 1,5 hours. If you come a bit later, just find your spot and join us in this process.

📚 16-30 - 17-00 (or until it goes!) Chatting about the books we are reading

This part is like speed dating but for bookworms :) Chat with your neighbor about the book you are currently reading, then chat with more people about their books!

Afterparty: feel free to continue the literary discussion at the nearby bar!
