Peer to Peer Support Group

An one and a half hour long peer to peer support group where we go over various issues, situations, or things we need to air outwards to others. The ultimate goal is to find a better place for ourselves. We practice mindfulness strategies together and learn from one another.
We highly recommend attending if you or someone you know and love has been struggling with mental health issues. We accept people of all kinds and backgrounds, with the only request being a positive open mind towards mental health progression. I have limited the listed guests too 2 for now, if you wish to bring along more people either DM me personally on the app or if you have my contact info you can message or email me there.
There are no requirements for attendance other than a request to RSVP. I will reach out to all who sign up and wish to attend if anyone has questions about the group or myself and the other facilitator.
