We get it! Transitioning to a whole food, plant-based lifestyle offers numerous health benefits and is fundamentally simple, but it can be challenging to make it stick in today's culture. This courageous, radical shift contrasts sharply with the Standard American Diet (SAD) we've known all our lives. Doing it alone can be hard, but your chances of success are best when we do it together.
