Ladies!

The Ella-Go Membership Club meets **every Saturday at 7am** to get started on their runs.

**Walk-In's are welcome** at the start of these runs. Whether you are a newbie or a seasoned runner, you can come in and check out the club.

If you are a newbie or have been on a running hiatus, I will go over the essentials with you to get you started for **FREE.**

Getting started does not akways mean you will be running that day. It means you will possibly be learning how to do run-walk intervals.
