Get ready to dance and dive into the ultimate Zumba Party! This group is dedicated to Zumba enthusiasts of all levels, where the rhythm and the joy of dance unite us. Zumba is the perfect fit for absolutely everyone - it's a fitness phenomenon that knows no boundaries.
So, how does it work? We've turned "work" into a dance party by seamlessly blending low-intensity and high-intensity moves in a calorie-burning, interval-style dance fitness extravaganza. As Latin and World rhythms sweep you off your feet, you'll understand why Zumba® Fitness classes are often referred to as a secret exercise in disguise.
The benefits are numerous! Each Zumba class offers a complete workout experience, incorporating all facets of fitness: cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. The result? A burst of energy and a mega-dose of awesome every time you leave our class.

Get in shape “boot camp” style! Experience high-intensity, full-body workouts that target the major muscle groups of the upper & lower body, specifically designed to “make it rain” sweat! From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle-toning exercises using dumbbells, exercise bands, or even the participant’s body weight, each class brings its own unique challenges. No two classes are the same! Students will work to improve cardiovascular stamina, core strength, & flexibility.
