We’re kicking off the fun with childhood-inspired recess games! Think tag, dodgeball, and team challenges that will have you laughing, moving, and connecting with others.
🌟 Hour 2: Silent Disco Dance Party
Once you’ve warmed up, it’s time to grab your headphones and dance like nobody’s watching! This guided silent disco experience combines dance therapy, mindfulness, and community connection, all set to a curated musical journey. Let the music move you as you soak up the good vibes and sunshine.

Whether you’re here to play, dance, or to connect with others, everyone is welcome to come as they are!

This event costs $25. Included in this price is access to Adult Recess games, the silent disco, and headphone rental. A portion of the proceeds will be going to support the Alma Foundation.
