Spending time in Nature with your teen can provide a great opportunity to connect, unwind, and appreciate the natural world around you. It can also be a great way to encourage physical activity and promote a healthy lifestyle.
Examples would be Geocaching, a modern day scavenger hunt, using GPS. Stargazing: find a dark spot away from the city lights, perhaps with a telescope. Nature photography: capture the the beauty of nature through different angles and perspectives. Hiking, or Picnicing.
