Sunset/night hike - Terry Hershey Park 5+/- miles

Leaving 5 minutes after the start time. Sunset is around 5:30pm-ish.

Hiking Wilcrest west then over the bayou to the dirt trail (anthills) towards Dairy Ashford. These trails have elevation changes, slopes, along with roots throughout the trails.

If the trails have puddles of water on them we will walk the paved trail on the north bank of the bayou.

There is an option for anyone to cross over at Kirkwood if the elevation changes in the hike is a bit too much. You can then take the paved trail back to the starting point.

Total distance will be +/-5 miles.

Parking is street parking within the neighborhood along Wycliffe street (which is parallel to Wilcrest)

Dogs are welcome but must be friendly, and they must stay on a leash at all times...no exceptions. There could be multiple dogs, so be sure they are not dog aggressive.

There are no restrooms at the trailhead or along the trail.
