Hickory Run at Hickory Run State Park

Please join me for an approvimate 7 to 8 mile hike at Hickory Run State Park. Our trek will include a stroll around Hickory Run, a decent climb up the Switchback Trail, a loop around the Skyline Trail, lunch near a rotted out ole oak tree, and return by way of Hickory Run. At the parking lot for the Shades of Death Trail, as an option, we'll hike about 0.4 tenths of a mile to a picture perfect waterfall.
Our pace: moderate, ( keep in mind that a moderate pace has taken on new meaning for your slowly aging hike leader.)

We'll meet at 0900 at the Shades of Death parking lot.
