What we’re about
Networking for Women in Tech (also known as Lead the Pack: Women in Tech & Digital Connect) is a group dedicated to empowering women in tech and digital marketing through networking opportunities. These events started in 2023 and have helped women grow and foster connections among other women in IT in an environment where they feel supported and empowered.
In an industry where women make up only 28% of the workforce and hold just 16% of engineering roles, building a strong network is crucial. Our events provide a platform for women to connect with like-minded professionals, learn from experienced leaders, and discover new growth opportunities. Through meaningful interactions and shared experiences, we aim to create a supportive community that encourages professional advancement and personal development.
