What we’re about
Come together with like-minded people in Nevada County, the greater Gold Country region and throughout the US via zoom to share Reiki and spiritual books, learn from Reiki classes, and heal and expand ourselves and others through Reiki treatments and meditations. We also occasionally have Animal Reiki gatherings to which your beloved pets are invited. Some of our meetups are held in person; many gatherings are held over zoom.
We often begin by checking in with each other, then by chanting the Reiki precepts, experiencing a short Reiki meditation and sharing our Reiki experiences. Each meetup has a different focus. We may share Reiki treatments with each other in one gathering, focus on bringing peace to the world in another or share our insights from reading an uplifting book. Some meetups focus in-depth on Reiki meditations. Visitors who are new to Reiki are welcome at most events unless the Reiki level of training is specified. Reiki classes are also offered monthly for those who are interested in enhancing their healing abilities. Expanding spiritual awareness is the essential focus of Reiki practice. As we align with the truth of our highest self/Buddha/God/Christ nature, the veils of unconsciousness that block our "great bright light" begin to dissolve. Our space becomes lighter, our presence more compassionate. Welcome all fellow travelers on this journey to greater self awareness and unconditional love, for self, others and the world.
