Tai Chi is simple, gentle, flowing exercises. Builds strength, flexibility, and balance. QiGong brings relaxation to reduce physical and mental stress. Together, it's meditation in motion. Session will leave you feeling like you worked out both your upper and lower body while improving range of motion and breathing. Tai Chi is known to promote good health and long life.
