# Book discussion on The Spiritual Exercises of ECK open to public

4th Friday of every month, 7:00 p.m. on Zoom!
This class is open to anyone who would like to get more out of their spiritual practices of contemplation, meditation, or prayer. Sri Harold Klemp shares over 100 special spiritual exercises and offers methods of reaching out spiritually to create your own exercises or tweak an exercise so it fits you better.
These exercises can lead you to your own Soul Travel or past life experience. They are designed to enhance your awareness of your relationship with Holy Spirit (also known as ECK).
