We welcome you to learn about SunDo, a Taoist practice form Korea that incorporates movement, postures, breathwork and meditation.

Come meet our instructors and practitioners! Donation-based introductory class, beginners are welcome.

SunDo has many health and well-being benefits. Meant to be practiced regularly, SunDo is a great stretching and meditation practice that brings more energy and vitality to the whole body. Its mental health benefits include stress reduction and improved concentration.
