Do you want to get outdoors, get healthy, and meet other walkers?
Let's walk! This is a social walking group that meets in and around the Greater New Haven area. Most walks are 2-3 miles in length at an easy pace. Whether you are a new or experienced walker, you will benefit from our casual, friendly strolls. This group is open to adults of any age who would like to meet up to get some exercise and enjoy friendly conversations.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not a powerwalking group, a speed walking group, or a cardio workout group. We walk at a steady but easy pace.
A recognizable facial photo and your real first name are required for membership in this group, for the safety of members and so we can find each other at events.

We are a walk and talk group. It's fine to bring a guest. Please leave pets at home and come out and enjoy our company.
