### History of Mayan Cacao

The use of cacao dates back over 3,000 years to the ancient Mesoamerican civilizations, particularly the Maya and Aztecs, who revered cacao as a divine plant. The Maya prepared cacao as a ceremonial drink, often mixed with spices such as chili, vanilla, and honey. They referred to it as "Ka’kau’" and used it in sacred rituals to honor the gods, connect with the spirit world, and cultivate inner wisdom. Cacao was known as the "food of the gods" and was believed to have mystical and healing properties. It was also used as currency and played a significant role in social and spiritual gatherings.

Yolanda’s practices are based on the Shamanic practices of her Ancestral lineage of the Indigenous Taino tribe, a tribe from Puerto Rico. A LVL 4 Kundalini Reiki Grand Master & 300 HR Kundalini Yoga Teacher. Yolanda is also a music composer, certified Sound Healing Therapist with over 30 years of experience in Music Theory. She combines her singing & music talents with her intuition to provide channeled light language activations to bring new codes of energy for unconditional love, paradigm shifts & change for mental, physical, and spiritual healing.
