Riverside Park Hike Heading South Past Hudson Yards-2nd Event With This Group.

I will NOT be conducting that many events with this group but I hope that the ones we do will all be fun and interesting. THIS IS THE SECOND EVENT WITH THIS GROUP. On the first event 5 members from this group joined 20 of us from NYC Hiking Tours.

WE WILL LIMIT THIS HIKE TO 10 ATTENDEES FROM THIS GROUP.

ABOUT WEEK BEFORE THE HIKE, ON AN ONGOING BASIS, I WILL SEND AN INDIVIDUAL MEETUP MESSAGE TO THOSE WHO RSVP'D. A TIMELY RESPONSE TO THAT MESSAGE IS REQUIRED.

Join us on a fun fast paced approximately 5 mile hike down, along and through Riverside Park as we head south in the direction of the Hudson Yards and then reverse course and head back towards The High Line ending up very close to Penn Station. We will meet BEFORE 10:30 A.M. Be ready to go. WE LEAVE ON TIME.

BRING SNACKS AND WATER. THERE WILL BE NO FOOD STOPS. IF THIS PRESENTS A HARDSHIP TO YOU TRY TO DEAL WITH IT. DON'T BE A BABY!

I am going to ask that people not post any comments or questions prior to the event. You have more than enough information to do this once you get the meeting details. No offense, but I don’t need to know-and probably neither does anyone else- what you are doing that day if you can’t make it or what you think the weather will be. AFTER the event, post as many comments and photos as you like. PLEASE RESPECT MY WISHES ON THIS.

If the weather forecast is really bad, I will post a notice on the day of the hike by 7:00 A.M. If there is no notice, we go. WE WILL POSTPONE THIS EVENT IF IT IS BELOW FREEZING.

We will probably finish around 2:00 p.m. near Penn Station and the Hudson Yards.
