Welcome to this 2-Day Group, "NEW YEAR, NEW YOU" on Wednesday, 1/08/25 at 12pm & on Thursday 1/15/25 @ 12pm. The goal is for you to start out this year with an open mind and discover new ways to calm down and better manage your stress as you learn to experience relaxation and peace. This Meetup group is for those who are seeking stress and anxiety relief through various counseling approaches and techniques including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Law of Attraction as well as meditation, aromatherapy, and more. Join us as we share tips, resources, and experiences to help you prepare to navigate through the New Year with a sense of calmness. This group is here to provide a supportive and soothing environment for all.
