hi, we meet each other in front of the russian church and after we do carpooling till the begining of the hiking : Coursegoules. Get you picnic and the necessary equipment for the hiking 2liters of WATER, a hat, good shoes rain coat, gloves, sun glasses !!
A very pleasant loop to discover the Plateau de Saint-Barnabé and enjoy a remarkable view of the Loup Valley.
This circuit does not present any particular difficulty except for the climb to the top of the Bau de Saint-Jean where caution must be exercised.
This circuit is very well marked.
