Welcome to the Night Owls! We do everything but mornings!
This is the social group for people who keep odd hours.
We are night owls and/or prefer to sleep in and do most so-called "morning" things later in the day. If you struggle with North American time, you may be one of us!
Fyi: Our semi-annual Meetup fees are due 10/1 ($100) and 4/1 ($100).
If you enjoy our FREE events run by our fantastic volunteers, please consider donating $10 or whatever you can. If everyone gives a little at least once yearly, we can cover both payments easily.

Who should join?
You should consider joining us IF these 3 statements are true about you:
1. You enjoy staying up late and/or sleeping in.
2. You're interesting, like to try new things, and care about community.
3. "Centralized" areas of the valley are convenient for you. (Centralized = a reasonable walking distance from any part of the light rail valley-wide or buses 0, 7, and 8. Our main focus is on Downtown Phoenix, but anywhere of the above is eligible too).
3 Important Policies (Besides following Meetup's standards of safety and civility, let's make things easier for our volunteers!)

(1) PHOTO
We must be able to recognize you in public instantly! Why? Put yourself in the shoes of our volunteers trying to herd cats. Let's be owls! On your profile for this group, always have a close-up CLEAR front face pic of only you. Use logic here too.
That photo of you, wearing a hat and mirrored sunglasses, drinking from a mug at three yards away with all your pals-- IS NOT A PROFILE PIC.
(2) No soliciting!
Please refrain from using this group just to find dates, converts, or customers. This is not a dating group or a "singles" group, even though members may be single. This is not a group where anyone may recruit or promote either. This is a group where we make new friends and get to know each other as friends. Thank you!
(3) Inactive members may be removed after 90 days.
We reserve the right to remove members who are inactive for 3+ months, but it's not personal. They may rejoin when their schedule opens up. This is why some groups appear so much larger than ours! We'd rather keep our membership number tight and right.
