Comedy Legend Emo Philips Coming to Club Haug!

The iconic comedian Emo Philips is finally coming to Europe, and a performance at Club Haug is an essential stop on his tour. On December 8th, this legendary comedian will take the stage at the renowned comedy club in Rotterdam. Talk show host Jay Leno once called Emo Philips "the best joke writer in America." In addition, Philips has long been at the top of the wish list for Marcel Haug, the owner of Club Haug. “Emo Philips is a living legend, a true artist,” says Marcel.

Described by Jay Leno as "the best joke writer in America" and by Gary Delaney as the best joke writer in the world, Emo Philips has performed over seven thousand stand-up shows in comedy clubs, colleges and theaters, including a multi-week run at the Playhouse Theatre in London's West End. In 2018 and from 2022-2023, Emo toured with "Weird Al" Yankovic (over two hundred concerts across three continents); Emo will forever remember the standing ovation he received at Carnegie Hall.
