What will we serve to you?
Francesinha is a traditional Portuguese sandwich originally from Porto. The name "Francesinha" translates to "Little Frenchie," a nod to its inspiration from the French croque-monsieur. The dish consists of a sandwich made with bread, wet-cured ham, linguiça (a type of sausage), fresh sausage like chipolata, and steak or roast meat. It's then covered with melted cheese and a hot, thick tomato and beer sauce. The sandwich is typically served with French fries and sometimes topped with a fried egg.

Who are we?
Pedro and Ana, have moved to The Netherlands around 3 years ago. Despite their love to Portugal they decided to change their life and work in Amsterdam! They are true food enthusiasts who love sharing their passion for good food and Portuguese culture. Pedro and Ana will personally prepare the Francesinha and ensure you have a memorable evening at their own home.
