You’ve probably heard of Extinction Rebellion (often referred to as XR) in the news, whether it’s about the A12 blockade or protests at Schiphol.
But who exactly are they? What are their goals? What motivates them to take action?

What do you know about climate activism and civil disobedience?
The Green Café team is eager to find answers to these questions. If you’re interested, we invite you to join us for an event where you can hear directly from one of their members!

Regardless of whether you have positive, neutral, or negative views about their actions, this is your chance to learn more about one of the most active—and sometimes controversial—climate activist groups. **Green Café**
[Green Café](https://www.trefpuntgroeneindhoven.nl/activiteiten/international-green-cafe) is a collaboration between Trefpunt Groen Eindhoven, People for Planet, Eindje Groen, Art + Tech Society, with individual contributors; Erdem Cerit, Hariprasad Parthasarathy and Zubin Nayak. It organizes various activities for the international community of Eindhoven. For example, lectures, workshops, city tours and film sessions on the themes of nature, environment, and sustainability. 'Green Cafe’ is supported by the Eindhoven Library and the Holland Expat Center South.
