First up, Alissa and Manu from Just Eat Takeaway.com will present Menu Builder AI. When new restaurant partners join the Just Eat platform, they send pictures of their menu, which the Customer Service team manually inputs into the system to display on the app and website. With 1,700 restaurants onboarding each month in just the UK, this has been a time-consuming and labour-intensive task. Alissa and Manu will explain how AI speeds up this process using Large Multimodal Models (LMMs).After the break, Rozemarijn and Tiamur from NS will share how their FLUX model estimates the number of passengers riding their trains. These insights are essential for making accurate forecasts, developing passenger-friendly timetables, conducting station safety assessments, and fulfilling government reporting requirements. Rozemarijn will break down the different modules of FLUX and discuss the challenges they’ve faced during its development.
See you at the Meetup!
