What to expect?

A non-judgmental space for likeminded souls to talk about mental health in general, to share their personal challenges and to exchange ideas and wisdom. Think of it as a group therapy. Of course there no pressure to share anything.

Who?

My name is Kim, 31. I am digital nomad, originally from Germany but have lived many years in the Netherlands.

I work as a coach and psychologist and got inspired at a mental health meet-up in Gran Canaria earlier this year and want to continue the idea wherever I travel, thereby continuing my mission to hold space for others, heal myself and bring more mental health awareness into the world.

We will meet at the Playa de las Arenas in Cabanyal in front of the drink stand number 3 (the numbers are huge you will see them from the road).
