How does your inner Ruler look like? What is the balance between dignity and humility? What roles do boundaries play in our lives? This workshop is part of a series of workshop on the Jungian Archetypes. Jungian archetypes are defined as universal, archaic symbols and images that derive from the collective unconscious, as proposed by Carl Jung. This workshop is focused on the archetype of the Ruler. The Ruler represents leadership and authority. Rulers are natural leaders who hold positions of power and responsibility with a general focus on maintaining order and ensuring the well-being of their people. For the purposes of this workshop, we are going to explore how we can access aspects of this archetype and integrate them in our life.

Come and learn practical tools to connect with others and yourself on a deeper level. You will leave with increased trust, collaborative spirit, and effective communication tools.

This workshop includes:

• Elements of Meditation & Pranayama (breathing exercises) to provide the Ground for connection and safety
• Intro to Jungian Archetypes and the archetype of The Ruler
• Authentic Relating exercises. What is Authentic Relating (AR)? A practice that includes simple but effective exercises to deepen connections and nourish relationships in every social domain.
• Sharing circle

Extra information:

• The workshop lasts 1h 30min, from 16:00 to 17:30. You are welcome from 15:30.
• Small group (max 10pp)
  - Tea and snacks will be provided.
• You will receive an email with all the information before the event, including the exact location of the event and a link to join a community whatsapp group.
  - The community is focused on young people therefore this event is open to people between 18 and 35.

Mariella offers regular Hatha & Sound classes in Utrecht and hosts workshops and events with yoga, sound healing and art. She has attended several trainings in tools for self and collective empowerment including Authentic Relating Level 1, several authentic relating intermediate workshops, 200h Conscious Yoga Teacher Training, 50h Sound healing Training.

The Lotus Club is a youth-led collective aimed at sharing feel-good tools for personal and collective empowerment. Workshops include yoga, Sound healing, Visual Arts, Theta healing, holistic nutrition and more. Our shared dream is to have a space in Utrecht where young people (18-35) can connect and learn useful tools to express their life potential.
