have you ever been in a situation where you need to do a significant refactoring across all your code, but you keep delaying it because it’s a helluva lot of work? That happened to us: Storybook deprecated the addon “addon-knobs” and replaced it with a completely different addon named “addon-controls”! Refactoring all our code to use the new way of doing things was a major assignment and we kept deferring it.
Well, we just heard about the wonders of ChatGPT and thought… hmmm? Can we do this using ChatGPT?Claude? We did, and it can! This is the story of how we did it, and what the end result is.
We will see a live demo and compare the results of the models and see how easy it is to use them and how much work it can save us

We heard of the AI/LLM hype, used assistants and ChatGPT but at the end of the day a lot of us are still writing code like we used to - just with a little assistance. Can we do better? In this talk I'll describe how I did 95% of my work with LLMs using code generation techniques through a real code example. We'll explore how to level-up your coding by closing feedback loops with LLMs.
