For the past 8 years we've gone to the Whiteley Ranch east of Corning to harvest fresh, juicy, seedless Mandarins. It's open to unlimited numbers and their guests.

My family has taken friends and we've picked up to $40.00 worth of the sweet little globes that are easier to peel than a banana. I forgot to add that got us 100 pounds!!!

We bag and give to neighbors and friends as holiday gifts. My sister eagerly await her boxes in Washington. She turns orange with envy and I turn orange from eating about 6 day!!

I talked myself into posting this as a meetup for an unlimited number. You'll need hand pruners, a bucket or buckets or something to carry your goods in.

My plan is to meet at 9:15 and head for the orchard promptly at 9:30am. We'll be picking about 10:30 for perhaps an hour.
