This Meetup Group is for anyone who is looking for a fun, social activity and a high degree of fitness. Using fun, motivating music and creative/easy-to- learn choreographies, we make sure everyone leaves our Zumba classes wearing big smiles and dripping sweat!
If you haven’t tried it yet; Zumba is an adrenaline-charged, easy to follow, high calorie burning, dance- fitness class. Our Zumba class combines hot Latin & International music with contagious steps and exotic rhythms to create a “party like” atmosphere. You are burning hundreds of calories without even noticing because you are having so much fun!
The classes are easy to follow and take place in an enjoyable, friendly atmosphere. No dancing experience necessary. The group is super friendly and nice, everyone is welcome. We meet to dance and have fun, nobody expects you to be a good dancer. Dance North County: 535 Encinitas Blv. Suite 100 Encinitas, CA 92075.
