December Meditation Group

Join us to pause and sit together, finding stillness amid the winds of the world. Due to holidays and availability at the Phinney Center in December we'll meet only once.

Please note a different room: we'll be in room 36 on the third floor for this meetup.

Agenda
9:30AM – Arrive, get situated.
9:35AM – 30 minute silent meditation.
10:05AM – Friendly conversation.

The room has folding chairs that are more than suitable for sitting meditation. If you'd like you can also bring your own supplies.
