The balance for the dinner is now due! Please pay your £25 to Mary on a club night or directly into the club bank account by 4th November at the very latest 🥳. Mary will also need your menu choices at the same time.

The 2024 NSIVC Christmas Ball will be held at the Borough Arms Hotel, Newcastle in the King & Baker Rooms on Friday 6th December - cost £45 for a three course dinner (not including wine) & dancing till late. This is lower than their current party rate, as a gesture of goodwill to IVC. Meet at 7pm for 7.45pm.
Overnight accommodation can be booked directly with the hotel at reasonable rates.

Please complete an information form if you wish to attend, and return to Mary ASAP.
To secure a place, please pay the full £45 per person NO LATER THAN 4th November 2024.
Payment can be made in cash to Mary or Dianne and a receipt will be provided. You can also pay by bank transfer to the NS IVC bank account, making sure y our name is given in the payment reference.

You can join us at this event by being a NS IVC full member, or prospective member, and signing the event sheet at our weekly club night, or through arrangement with the host.
