More about our November presenter: Robert Hall is a noted author, consultant, and speaker on relationships. As co-founder and CEO of an international Customer Relationship Management (CRM) firm for more than 20 years, Ernst & Young named him a finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year in the Southwest and Southern Methodist University’s Cox Business School named his company one of the fastest growing private companies in Dallas. His first book, The Streetcorner Strategy for Winning Local Markets, a business best-seller, helped inspire the CRM movement. Robert has authored more than 200 published articles on leadership, relationships and strategic direction and his work has appeared in Forbes, The New York Times, The CEO Magazine, The Dallas Morning News and The Huffington Post. His latest book, This Land of Strangers: The Relationship Crisis That Imperils Home, Work, Politics and Faith – has been called “the most important book of the decade” by Rick Boyatzis, co-author of Primal Leadership. Robert currently coaches corporate CEOs and leadership teams in public/private companies, foundations and nonprofits including private schools, universities, community services organizations and churches on leadership, relationships and strategic direction. He is a frequent guest on PBS and his most recent appearance with New York Times columnist David Brooks received a Telly Award that honors excellence in video and television. He has served on Advisory Boards for the UTD Graduate Management School, Sales & Marketing Management magazine, and Community Renewal International.
