Cross Timbers backpack to eagles roost overnighter!

This hike is beginner friendly. That being said; If you are a beginner backpacker, and have any questions/concerns about this backpacking trip please contact me. Prepared beginners are always welcome.

Good doggos are welcome, but please bring a leash.

The hike will start at cedar bayou marina at 11 am on Saturday.

There is parking along the road in front of the marina entrance, and parking inside of the marina. Parking costs 5 dollars cash.

The campsite is hikeable to Lake water, but I suggest packing in water. Suggested to have at least a total of a gallon for the entire trip.

I'll be hiking rain or shine, so you're always welcome to join.

Hike one way from cedar bayou is roughly 3.25 miles.
