Annual Black Friday Paddle: Fort Worth Nature Center

Join us for the Annual Black Friday Adventure Paddle Trip. This is our annual trip to escape shopping. Beginner friendly with rental boats available.

The votes are in! Fort Worth Nature Center has won by a single vote. (If your favorite location missed out we will have other chances.)

We will meet at the Fort Worth Nature Center at 10:00AM. (There is an entry fee of approx. $6) We will meet at the Big River launch area, then paddle up to Eagle Mountain Lake Dam and back. On our return we will have a picnic lunch at the shaded area by the launch. After lunch we can hike the trails in the preserve.

Rental boats (with vests and paddles) are available for $45 per person. $80 for a tandem. Click Here to Reserve

Bring: Picnic lunch, drink for in the boat, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, layered clothing (no cotton). A change of clothes in case of a capsize, and dry socks and shoes (you WILL get your feet wet).
PFD's required (provided with all rentals).
