Baden Powell: Deep Cove to Grouse Mountain Windmill: Difficulty - Very Hard

Details

About the Hike:
From Deep Cove's Waterfront to the top of Grouse Mountain. We'll see the city from various points of the hike while travelling around the North Shore's Mountains. Hikers should have breakfast before joining and may want to get coffee at Honey Doughnuts & Goodies before we leave. We'll be stopping for food 2-3 times on the way, with one stop being at the End of the Line General Store in Lynn Valley. Current weather conditions are likely rain with snow starting 1/2 way up the Grouse Grind, and on top of Grouse Mountain. This is a very challenging hike within the city limits.

*Before pressing attend please be certain you'll attend. In the case of 3 "No-Shows" or 3 "Not Going", attendees may be removed from the group. For the same reason, please exercise common sense and common courtesy when using Event Chat

*Attendees only looking for an Intermediate difficulty hike may accompany us to Lynn Canyon, but are required to leave afterwards. For everyone else we'll be continuing on

*The fee to go down the gondola is $25

*This event is one-way. Translink accepts payment by compass card, coins or credit card tap. Splitting an Uber fare is also a popular option
